Careful. I got a second opinion on what she recommended was needed and I didn’t need what she wanted to do. I read an additional feedback with another patient that experienced the same thing. It saved me over 1500 dollars as I didn’t need what was recommended. I decided to know longer be a patient. For years, I always felt the rates were too high and they don’t show loyalty to their patients. For example, they don’t provide payment plans which many doctors do.

Bedside manner could be a little bit better. All other staff besides the doctor are super friendly and helpful. They are welcoming and kind. I recommend this office if you just looking for an in and out cleaning but if you want a dentist to stick with maybe find someone who gives more

This was my fifth visit to dr. DosSantos. The office is clean and the staff is courteous and friendly. I was promptly taken for my appointment. I found Dr. DosSantos to be patient and caring. She explained and showed to me what should be done and why. I felt like I was given her undivided attention. Though not necessary I was offered a payment option.

I have been going to Dr.Dossantos since she took over for dr.roitman and she has always been wonderful! The staff is sooo friendly and caring. I would highly recommend her office which is very clean and has the most up to date equipment :)

I think that Dr. Dos Santos is a wonderful dentist. I've never had a problem at her office.

When my life fell apart and I had to declare bankruptcy and lost my insurance Dr. Dos Santos understandably did not want to see me any longer BUT my wife and my children always paid every last penny of their bills right through bankruptcy and Dr. Dos Santos told them that because I was no longer welcome there she did not want my children or my wife there. My wife paid every penny to this practice over 30 years. What a low life thing to do. Talk about kicking people when they are down?Turns out now that my wife found a new dentist, Dr. Dos Santos diagnosis of my wife needing thousands in work on her gums was not true so in a way it was good she turned my family away. She is not that good of a dentist in my opinion and experience and my wife would never to there again now that she has found out her gums are just fine.
