She's only after your money. Claims she's not an orthodontist but still does invisalign anyways. Invisalign is an ORTHODONTIC treatment. I say have an orthodontist to oversee your invisalign treatment!

1 hour and 30 mins for an Invisalign consult? Ridiculous. Clinic has incompetent dental assistant. I can't believe she took 45 minutes with taking pictures of my mouth. Bad time management, made me wait for 20 minutes before they took me in. Clinic has no privacy because the rooms are open and you can hear her talking to a different patient while you wait for her. DA also kept touching her hair and did not even change her gloves?!? Disgusting.

I can't believe people actually go to her for teeth alignments. The clinic lacked punctuality and made me wait for 20 mins. The DA gloved up and kept touching her hair. NASTY. Clinic interior was the worst, there is no privacy and could hear other patient's treatments. Did not have adequate PPE. If I could give a 0 rating, I would.

Dr. Bao-Tran Nguyen is excellent. She is very comforting and gives a great needle. I did not see her in a year and she remembered our last meeting. I feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Bao-Tran Nguyen. Trusting your dentist is important especially when you know they excel at what they do. She is officially my long term dentist. Won't see anyone else.
