I hated her. I wish I never had to see her.
I had to go in for an egg retrieval, and my doctor wasn't available, so Dr. Garcia managed their procedures. She was rude, made me feel like an inconvenience, and belittled me because I was in significant pain.
I recommend you steer clear of this doctor who clearly displays the internalized misogyny she's picked up from the Medical System as a whole.

Dr. Garcia and her staff are amazing! They take the time to explain all aspects of your medication and cycle to you, and give you time to ask questions, discuss options etc. Dr. Garica does live Instagram sessions on various fertility topics and you can see her passion and genuinely loves what she does!

I'm surprised to read the negative comments about Dr. Garcia. I did multiple rounds of IVF with her. She took the time to explain in detail what the problem was and discussed the various drugs with me. She always gave me a chance to ask questions and answered them without judgment. I never once felt that she had a bad attitude. You have to understand that she is a doctor that helps you get pregnant, she is not a therapist. Her mind was always working on a plan for my future while my mind was breaking down with the heavy emotions of it all. There are ups and downs with the fertility process. She has experienced those same ups and downs during her own fertility journey that she is open about with her patients on her social media and the clinic's social media. I think she is as compassionate as a doctor should be. She isn't going to give you a hug and let you cry on her shoulder (nowadays doctors are recommended to have a nurse present before even touching you anyway). Instead, she goes back to her research and strategizes a new routine that eventually gets the job done. I think some are expecting too much from her.
And no, she is not a "money grabber" LOL. She could probably retire with the money she has made so far but continues to help people like you and me because i really believe it is her passion. You get what you pay for. You pay top dollar for a top doctor. Good luck to all reading this - stay strong because I promise you that your fertility journey WILL end with happiness.

The staff at this clinic are all very nice especially the nurses but Dr. Garcia does not care at all . She pretends to be nice but you can tell it's an act and sometimes she doesn't even bother to pretend. I have done two ivf cycles with her and she doesn't tell you much about your treatment or your condition. She never discusses the results in detail with you she only summarizes the basics nothing that you wouldn't know already from the nurse . Sometimes she don't even greet you when you go in the room for a procedure she just does her thing and leaves the room. The only time she showed some compassion was when she was 45 mins late for my egg retrieval. I recently switched doctor and I got more info about my body and condition from just one monitoring cycle than I did with almost 3 years of seeing Dr. Garcia. She also told me ivf was my only option but it turned out to be false. She only tells me to take more supplements after each failed Ivf and I wonder why she won't just tell me all in the beginning to improve my chance. She is a money grabber ;stay away from this doctor. I wish I had switched clinic a long time ago.

Nice until you disagree with her then she's extremely rude and condescending. Asked her a very personal question about something I wasn't sure about that was happening to my body and she gave a very rude response which made me feel stupid for even asking. So many questions that I was afraid to ask her because I knew she would just be rude about it.

I also wish she provided more information prior to us starting our fertility treatment. We learnt things/processes along the way and probably wouldn't have gone down the fertility path had we known more during the initial consultation with her.

Her nurses (Kyle and Lyndsay) are amazing though. Highlight of every one of my visits. They're always so pleasant and knowledgeable and genuinely happy for you throughout every step of the process. To be honest, I saw the nurses more than I saw Dr. Garcia. Not even sure what she was being paid to do. Can't say nurse Shae was that good. She never knew anything. Couldn't answer my questions. Spoke way too softly. Didn't seem knowledgeable at all. I was never confident when I had to speak to her.

If I had to go through another fertility treatment, for sure, I wouldn't go back to MFC again. It was just disappointing (other than Nurse Lyndsay and Kyle).

It’s been a while since I’ve been to MFC it’s a nice clean clinic, staff is always friendly and Dr Garcia is nice, my partner and I are hoping to visit the clinic in the next few months to restart our treatment.

Can't say anything about knowledge because i never met her as she is always busy somewhere rather taking care of her patients.. if anything serious happen to you , you will have to wait until doctor gets back to clinic after 5,6 days.. atleast keep another doctor for backup when she is not available for a week.. so that patients don't have to suffer..

Ladies, I'd you are "overweight" Dr. Garcia will tell you that it is the reason you are unable to conceive. She will not look into anything further and will constantly just blame your weight and tell you to go on a diet. Dr. Garcia is not friendly, she is cold, has 0 bedside manner and is very unwelcoming. She will dodge every single question you have and just nod while you are speaking. In addition to the above, Dr. Garcia ignored a major health issue and refused to operate. I decided to get a second opinion and was in for surgery 2 weeks later to correct the issue.

If you are about to embark on a long fertility journey, please do your research before selecting her as your doctor.

I am sure she is wonderful to some patients but keep in mind that she is very choosy as to who those patients will be.

I must say Kelly is quite lovely and absolutely wonderful to deal with.
