Went to doctor office for scheduled appointment,, signed in and then waited over an hour in the the waiting room, before one of the desk girls asked why are you here? Explained had appointment but she just stated no you don't, even though overheard her previously telling another patient that they were having scheduling issues. Explained when and where I had called for the appointment a nurse came out and just stated there was no point to be there, and when requested to see doctor due to believing had appointment and she just said no were too busy to see you. Horrible service

I found Dr Brook to be very attentive and caring. Very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone.

Multiple times calls concerning significant symptoms such as pain not returned for up to three days. Has poor understanding of management of terminal pain. Chemotherapy is an important component when seeking aggressive treatment but a good Oncologist should have compassion about managing symptoms related to the cancer as well.
