Dr Lindell handled me with respect and helped me become more comfortable with my contacts. He looked past my errors in using and went a step further to insure they fit well and improved my eyesight. He even observed and helped me relearn how best to take them out and put back in. He made sure I was satisfied and confident.

Wouldn't see me when I was 7 minutes late for an hour and a half appt. Had an eye emergency. Road conditions were awful and I had a child in the car, didn't get there till 7 minutes after the appt was scheduled.Refused to see me!!
