Went for a contact exam and never got contacts. Lack of response from the office so I had to give up and go somewhere else and pay again. They continued to bill me for services they didn't provide and have said they will report me to a credit agency if I don't pay. Absurd.

If you can go anywhere else, you should do it.

The clinic is a mess. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes passed your appointment time, I did.

The doc was ok. But Be prepared to have your eyes tested on old equipment. And finally - be prepared to wait for a long time if you want contacts. I waited for three weeks for my test lenses. It wasn’t until after I complained to the Medical Faculty Associates patient line that I was finally mailed my contacts - a month after I saw the doc. And the contacts didn’t work and I couldn’t see with them.

I can’t imagine going back for an appointment that won’t start on time to have to beg for contacts to be mailed to me.
