Excellent doctor and his staff. He truly cares about his patients and takes time to listen. I am very happy that he is my doctor.

Dr.Hayes and his staff has always been professional, courteous and. Knowledgeable.my wife and I both use him and while going. To a doctor is never pleasurable Dr.Hayes and his staff make us very comfortable even in some difficult situations. I highly reccomend him.

I have been gong to Dr. Hayes for a few years now. I am very impressed. He is a great Dr. Know his stuff and I know at least 10 other people that go to him and think he is the best

I've never been impressed with him in the 5 or so visits I've had. He's never on time, his attitude is impassive instead of caring, and he spends all of 10 minutes with you. At the moment I've been waiting 2 weeks for lab results he said I'd have the next day. A general operation I had was supposed to leave no scarring (he was very proud of himself), but it did. I wouldn't have gone to him the last time if it had not been an emergency instead of filling in paperwork with a new doctor.

First two visits were ok but third visit he showed his true colors. He did not listen or explain anything to me. When I asked a question about his statements he twice barked at me "I am trying to help you" Would not take me off meds even though I had been on them for 3 months as he requested and was still experiencing bad side affects. At about 5 min into the visit he placed samples inside my purse then he picked up my purse and walked me out into the office area while I was crying instead of letting me calm down in the examining room. Went to the pharmacist who spent 45 min listening and explaining to me my options and not only stated I should not be on the meds I wanted off of but also should have never been taken off meds he took me off of (hormones) and he had heard other bad things about this doctor as well. This pharmacy is located close to the Dr's office.
