I have been seeing Dr. Stevens for years. She is a personable, efficient, and thorough professional. She has found and treated multiple skin cancers for me with excellent results. The staff is friendly, helpful and capable. I feel fortunate to have her for my Doctor and sleep better at night knowing she is looking out for me.

I have been a patient of Dr Gloria Stevens for almost two years. Prior to going to her I had been a patient of another dermatologist for 6+ yrs.. He didn't even make the correct diagnosis. Dr Stevens determined the correct diagnosis on the first visit and now my problem has been resolved. I would highly recommend her.

Been here twice and had to wait an hour after my appointment time. Complained and staff was not considerate or helpful. Even other patients remarked on the consistent hour+ waits they've had to endure. Do not go to this doctors office.

I have dealt with weird acne(small bumps) for 7 years... I have been going to this office for 7 years... NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON MY FACE! They don't care about you, they just give you "different combinations" of medicine till something works. They don't look beyond the face to find the root of the problem. My parents have paid SO MUCH MONEY on useless medicine/pills/cremes for my face. Maybe something else is wrong which is causing the acne? I would suggest to NEVER GO THERE. I went for 7 YEARS because I didn't know any different. Until this year when I realized NOTHING IS CHANGING.

Dr. Stevens is very knowledgeable and kind. The wait is terrible, but she is worth it. I always take a book with me. Do not plan any other appts. on the same day. The staff is average, but it is a very busy office and they are always busy. Dr. Stevens found a cancer on my back that I never would have seen, and probably saved my life. I was there for a different reason but she noticed an abnormal growth on my back and had it removed. She is extremely careful,and knows what she is doing. She takes the time with you and doesn't rush you once you are with her. That is what makes the wait long, but well worth it.

The staffs professional run and friendly. Love Dr. Stevens. She is very thorough and spends time with you. Been to other dermologists, they just spend 5 mins with you and get your money. Dr. Stevens is not that! Recommend Dr. Stevens highly.

yes i waited for about 30 mins, but once i saw dr. stevens now i know why the waiting is a bit long. she spends the time to listen and answers all my questions without being rushed. very professional, not like the other dermatologist i saw in the area who rushed my appointment and kept saying "girl" your over reacting. so un-caring. I was mis-diaganosed by the other dermatologist but dr. stevens took are of my bad skin problem. Her offie is great and didnt feel like i was just another insurance payment!

I have been to many of the Dermatologist's in the Upland area and have not found a good one,UNTIL I WENT TO SEE DR. GLORIA STEVENS, SHE SPOTTED TWO MELENOMAS ON MY BODY (THAT'S NOT EVEN WHAT I WENT THERE FOR..."SHE SAVED MY LIFE"). NOW FOR THE WAIT, I WAIT ABOUT 45 MIN., BUT WHEN I AM IN THAT ROOM, SHE IS FOCUSED ONLY ON ME, NOT RUSHING, SHE ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS & CONCERNS, I LEAVE KNOWING I HAVE FINALLY FOUND A TRULY CARING, KNOWLEGABLE DERMATOLOGIST.

I waited 3 1/2 Hours just to see Dr. Steven's. I expressed numerous times to the front office staff that I had a very important appointment I needed to go to after my appt. with Dr. Steven's. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting they put me in a room ( probably just to shut me up)..but after about 20 minutes of waiting in the room I said "Screw it". I walked out, only to have the office staff be nice to me all of a sudden saying "no, wait, we will get someone in to see you asap". Luckily Dr.L was right there and offered to see me right away. He was very good with my removal procedure however I did scar quite badly. Although he was rushed and just wanted to get things done. I would NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DOCTOR, and recommend NO ONE GO THERE!!!!!!

I found Dr.Gloria Stevens to be curt, dismissive & condescending in her mannerism. An extremely poor listener. She performed a laser treatment for a "healing" acne scar on my face, and when I expressed my concerns prior to the treatment for possible damage/scarring side affects, & kindly requested her to explain how the laser works (I'm an RN), she curtly replied "It just grows collagen" and "if anything it's not going to make it worse" When I did agree to the treatment I specifically requested her to only "zap" once on the scar and no where else. Unfortunately, she "zapped" the area above the scar as well. The results were a destruction of my collagen in that area, resulting in a depressed/creased area starting from the outside corner of my mouth to the acne scar. All the healing that had occurred on the acne scar for the past 8 months were erased. Now a 1 1/2 years later there has been minimal healing; I now have the "marionette line" affect of someone 10 years older.
