Dr. Colby is the most knowledgeable and personable OB/Gyn I've been to. He delivered both of my children. He takes time to explain what he's doing and is happy to answer questions.

His new office (opened in 2015) is a solo practice, and the staff is more efficient and professional than when he was with a group practice. He is the best!

Dr colby delivered all 3 of my boys. He has the best bedside manner and is willing to explain everything.

I think that Dr. Colby is an excellent doctor. He is my favorite. He delivered my son and will hopefully deliver anymore babies that I might have. He is kind and caring and takes the time to make sure that you are okay and that you understand what is going on.

Takes time to listen to his patients and makes them feel comfortable so they can talk with him.

Dr. Colby is a wonderful doctor. He delivered my first child and hopefully will be delivering my second. He is encouraging and friendly. However, the office schedules far too many patients. I feel this strains the doctor's time with you and I often leave there feeling confused with unanswered questions. This also causes some ridiculous wait times. The office staff themselves are wretched. I have literally been left standing at the window while they chat and file their nails. You may have to insist on seeing doctors, even late in your pregnancy. They seem to prefer to schedule you with NP's instead. (Who are good too, but shouldn't you be seeing the doctors who are going to deliver your baby???) All in all, if you have a strong personality and are not afraid to fight for yourself, this will be a good practice for you. If not, I'd choose a smaller practice with only one or two doctors.
