His staff is difficult to deal with. Its like calling the Mayo Clinic, they have really snotty attitudes and the Dr. doesn't get messages. They also insist on telling them why you want to speak to the Dr. I say that its private and they hang up!!. The Dr. is good but he's been insisting that I see him monthly for a $10 non schedule 2 prescription. That raises the price to $85!! I can't play that game. Go elsewhere there are many other clinics.

Dr. Cheatham himself is very good. His staff is very poor. It takes multiple, multiple calls to get a referral. They never return calls and cancellations had to be made with other doctors because of lack of performance from the staff of Dr. Cheatham!! He needs to bring in a complete new staff!!!

Absolutely the best family doctor I have ever had. Dr Cheatham is a doc you can talk to about anything he is that personble and caring. He is truly one of a kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for honest, caring and friendly doctor that you can relate with. My only suggestion would be not to put your customers on hold without checking on them. Other than that, Dr Cheatham is the best!

It is four weeks later and no call back with lab results. I have left four messages with the nurse. Also, Dr Cheatam will not do pelvic exam or breast exam at annual physical.

He has been my doctor for a few years and always has been helpful and caring. Honestly cares about his patients and follows thorugh on everything he says he is going to. I would never want to see anyone else.

this office knows what they are doing!! Dr. Cheatham is a very intelligent, caring doctor. He knows how to talk to me and he listens!! He truly likes to help people in whatever way he can. A very wise choice to have him as your doctor!!

Ive been seeing Dr. Cheatham for 5 years.Very happy with results.This guy cares about you.I have B/P issues that could be life threating.I trust in his judgement.If problem is beyond the scope of his knowlage he refers you to proper alternative.First class operation.

The doctor is great. He knows exactly what he is doing but his staff seems to lack the same quality. I would still suggest going to this doctor.

I have used Dr. Cheatham off and on for several years and have always been impressed with him and his staff. He is personable, quite helpful as well as knowledgeable. Not having an insurance plan allows me to choose any physician I wish and after my first visit to Dr. Cheatham I continue to choose to go back to him when in need. I have and will continue to refer he and his staff to my friends and family.
