I have recently become a patient of Dr.Papay, and although I have only had an orientation appointment, she is very thorough and extremely kind. I am excited to have Dr. Papay as my new gastroenterologist.

She did my colonoscopy and endoscopy and was amazing. This was done during covid. The office staff is great. The hospital staff was great. I have had both of these procedures done years ago and was very scared to have to have them done again, but Dr Papay and the hospital staff put me totally at ease and everything went great. I would recommend Dr papay to friends and family.

Dr. Papay is very easy to talk to and listens carefully. She explains everything very clearly and is always willing to answer questions. I had a colonoscopy for the first time and Dr Papay and nurses in hospital made it a very calming experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Papy.

In June, 2019, I was required to have a colonoscopy and an endoscopy for an upper GI tract issue which have been causing me problems for quite some time. My family doctor looked after the arrangements through Dr. Papay's office and screening staff. The morning of the 2 scopes, Dr. Papay reviewed all the details with me and took the time to answer all my questions. I was impressed with her knowledge and obvious expertise in her field of medicine. She explained the possible cause of my condition and the possible remedies. She did not dismiss any of my concerns and I felt I was in the best hands possible. I was relieved that my issues were on the way to being resolved. Within 5 minutes after our conversation, I was taken into the hospital room where the 2 procedures were done. The Penticton Hospital Staff, Dr. Papay and her staff were nothing short of exceptional. I am recommending Dr. Papay to anyone in need of her services. Thanks again.
