"This is sooo long overdue", is a cliche'd understatement... to my chagrin.  
My first encounter with Dr. Gero, I believe, was approx 2011.  My beloved wife had 1-2 years prior, gone thru chemo & radiation treatments which had left her with many "residual affects".  None of which had ANY remedy or even intelligent recourse/counsel from the plethora of 'medical professionals' we had seen... When questioning, explaining what was going on, describing symptoms, usually what you got was a 'blank look', with some worthless test or medication prescribed... I had great insurance coverage at that time, so it seemed like they got paid, but NO resolve/recourse was ever given... It was frustrating, stressful, extremely aggravating, infuriating...Michelle prayed, did some researching & discovered Dr. Gero. In complete truth & candor, He is "the ONLY one who really had some insight, counsel, & gave us some recourse that really helped her & gave her a better quality of life during her remaining 7 years here on earth.  We had re-located to Texas in 2013, and she stayed in touch with Dr. Gero.  There were a few supplements, exercises, as well as counsel/advice, that totally helped her quality of life.  I am eternally grateful...I am fortunatel to be blessed with good health, but, after moving back up north, he is my 'go to guy' should I need medical advice/attention.He listens/responds with his heart, not just his intellect, and has keen intuitive ability... He has well earned my implicit trust, by what I've seen over the years.His staff have been "across the board" phenomenal... I've had mysterious symptoms for years and no doctor had been able to identify what was going on with me. I've been to internists, gastroenterologists, dermatologists and a myriad of other doctors without any answers. Someone had mentioned going to a holistic doctor, so I did my research. I found Dr. Gero through a Google search, checked his reviews, but didn't expect much. Within 20 minutes he was able to identify some of the contributing factors that were causing my issues. He suggested some dietary changes, a few supplements and provided some simple exercises that could restore my health. For the first time in over ten years of suffering, I know what it feels like to be healthy. I am so grateful to Dr. Gero. He has genuinely given me my life back. If you're looking for a doctor who really cares, he is my choice. He is warm, friendly, listens and has a great sense of humor.

Dr. Gero is God sent!!!
He helped me get back on my feet, literally. I spent over a month in bed just melting away, I thought it was the end of my road. Definitely my lowest ever. I couldn't eat and I had severe cramping, cyst and rashes that would come and go. I had several issues he identified and resolved. Following his medication, diet, exercises and staying consistent made a world of difference. Dr. Gero gave me my life back. I'm now going back to work a new man. Dr. Gero will always be my first recommendation to anyone in need of healing. He is incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and a great person. I will always be grateful. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease about a year ago and was told that there was nothing that could be done, except immune suppressive drug therapy. My gastro told me that there's no dietary restrictions or food related issues that could make my situation better.

I recently consulted with Dr. Gero who had a different viewpoint. He tested me for various food sensitivities, altered my diet and prescribed various supplements that could repair some of the damage to my intestines. With his recommendations, I felt significantly better within two weeks. I'm not sure if I'll be able to withdraw completely from my meds, but with Dr. Gero's suggestions, I'm feeling better than I have in years. I'm hoping that I can completely eliminate the meds, but time will tell. This has been the best doctor experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend Dr. Gero to anyone who is suffering from any inflammatory bowel issue. His approach should be first line therapy before drug therapy. I also like that I can easily follow-up with Dr. Gero by phone, email and he even gave me his personal cell phone so that I may text him with any concerns, updates or questions.

Dr Gero is not like most doctors. He will listen to ALL of your concerns and address each one. I appreciate that I am able to communicate with Dr Gero outside of appointments if I have questions or concerns, and he always responds promptly and in great detail. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to help his patients, and will go to great lengths in order to do so. I am very grateful to have found Dr Gero, and would definitely recommend seeing him.

Doctor Gero is a very nice doctor and he is very smart. He takes his time to actually listen and tries to find solution to a health problem he feels he can help with. I would recommend him to anybody who is looking for answers to their debilitating symptoms. I like him so much as a doctor and as a human, that even my own mother will be seeing him soon. He has helped me a lot and I am thankful to God to have placed him in my life.

Dr. Gero knows his stuff! He investigated what was causing my problem, and he does research, research and more research. This, plus he is a great guy who really CARES about his patients... and listens to me (which most doctors don't). I highly recommend Dr. Gero!

After 15 years going from doctor to doctor to figure out what its causing my chronic cough,
it took Dr Gero 15 minutes to figure it out. Dr Gero suggested to get off gluten, and sure enough after not even one week on GF, dairy free diet and IBS supplement powder to heal my intestine my cough started to go away. It has only been 2 weeks and I feel great lost 3 pounds my energy is coming back and I feel healthier than ever.
