Visited this doctor in Etobicoke General Hospital. He told us to contact his office secretary and get a referral. Tried to leave voicemails to his office but never get a call back. After leaving numerous voicemails finally Dr.Chattergoon called back after a week. He advised to reach out to his secretary the next day for a referral letter as she is not in office today. Its now been another week trying to get in touch with her but no reply still! He was not polite on the phone and kept talking over me. Finally I ended up taking my daughter to another hospital and they gave a referral immediately.

My sons were his patient from birth until they became adults. Dr Chattergoon is a highly knowledgeable, thorough, and understanding Paediatrician . His Assistant was always polite and efficient. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but for Dr Chattergoon I believe it’s merited. Thank you for 18 years of great care for M&M.

Dr.chattergoon is very intelligent and number one pediatrician. He is a doctor of my son since his birth. We can not change my son's doctor forever in our life . Our family will miss you sir.

Dr. Chattergoon is a world class pediatrician, very calm personality. You can ask him anything regarding your child(s) care and he'll give you a answer. His receptionist, Nisha is a beautiful soul and also very helpful. Thx Doc.

Dr.Chattergoon has been my babies doctor for 5 years and he's a great pediatrician, doesn't rush your concerns and always answers any questions you may have and super good with my kids and their health and well being! I travel 40mins because he's worth it!

Has been our pediatrician for 14 years. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Very kind especially to our special needs child. His receptionist has always been so accommodating and friendly with a non stop smile on her face. They are wonderful.

Just says medical jargon, doesn't explain anything to the patient in terms they would understand. Doesn't provide advice/solutions on how to fix problems. Wouldn't listen to explanations or questions. Scares you easily about problems. Staff was okay, had candy for kids there. Time wasn't bad, not a long wait to see doctor as we had appointment

Clueless with patients that have developmental issues. Not willing to diagnose...which stops the family back from qualifying for services needed.
