Dr. Axline was my doctor from 1997 until 2014. I only stopped seeing him because he no longer accepted my insurance. Overall, I was very happy with him as a doctor and followed him from a group practice to his individual practice. His new office staff is very unorganized and completely unhelpful. I called to schedule a follow up appointment and was told that he might not accept my insurance any more, but that someone would call back and let me know. I waited a week and called and asked again and got the same response. I called a few days later and left a message that was not returned. I called again in a few days and left another message, again, without a response. I called again a few days later and finally was able to reach Minnie (who I had been leaving messages for) and she told that he no longer accepted my insurance. Which is all fine and good, no hard feelings, but there was no apology for weeks of unreturned calls. I found a new doctor and faxed a request a request for my records to be transferred several weeks before my appointment with the new doctor. The new doctor did not receive them. The request was faxed again, four times actually, by the new doctor's office and I hand delivered a request to his office staff two weeks ago. It has been over 6 weeks without any response from Dr. Axline's office. He is a great doctor, but if you want to be a patient of his, be ready to deal with an incompetent office staff.

Dr. Axline has been my doctor for the past 15 years. I only saw him, because Dr. Rose was out. That is the best thing that ever happened to me. Dr. Axline has helped me with fertility issues when tried to get pregnant initally. We now have 4 beautiful daughters - all naturally. He has been there for every birth and I have always felt confident in his knowledge and well cared for. Since I was older with my last pregnancy, I had a higher chance of having a child with Downs Syndrome. Since I did not want to do an amnio, Dr. Axline made sure that I saw a specialist in conjunction to receiving his care. He always answered all my questions and took extra care of me with my last daughter. He always reassured me that all looked well on the sonograms and communicated with my specialist as well. I wound up having elevated blood pressure and had my daughter a few weeks early. Our Jenna was born perfectly healthy. I am blessed to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Axline has been a wonderful doctor. He delivered all 5 of my children. This last pregnancy he was not on my ins. And I had to go with another physician. My water broke at 33 weeks and I was hospitalized and had a difficult time. By the grace of God Axline was on call the night I turned 34 weeks and scheduled me for induction the next morning. At 1:00 in the morning things started going wrong and Axline was there for my emergency c-section. He took time when he came for discharge and asked how my daughter was doing and just took extra time.

I have to let you know that Dr.Axline is the best Dr.OB/GYN. I will never ever trust any one else I have been going to him for 14 years now. He has delivered both of my babies. He helped me with all the concerns I have had. He always listens, nice and most of all he knows what he is talking about. He tells me what I need to know in a very respectful way. The nurse there Opal is such a sweet nurse. I could not be so happier knowing that Dr.Axline delivered my babies. I can say that I trust Dr.Axline with my life. I hope that I have helped you out. Have a wonderful day!

I was seeing Dr Rose but when he passed away, I switched to Axline. I have never had a problem with him. He is always helpful and tells me what I NEED to know, not what I WANT to know. He takes the time to answer my questions and he has naver had to "ask" a colleague for help. His nurse Opal is so sweet. With each problem I have, the staff goes out of thier way to help. If your looking for an obgyn, please try Axline. He's the best. And whats really cool, is that it's in the hospital. So not very far away.

I have seen Dr. Axline for about 10 years, and he has delivered all my babies. He is an extremely good doctor, and I would never trust anyone else as I do him. Yes there is a bit of a wait, but its the nature of the business when seeing an OB/Gyn. They have to leave when a patient is in labor for heavens sakes! Even though he was not on call, Dr. Axline came in to deliver my children, when he could have passed me on to the on call doctor. He also handled my complications very well. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. If you're looking for an excellent OB/Gyn, Dr. Axline is who to see.

Yes they are a very busy office but I take that as a good sign. I adore Axline and after having a nighmare experience with my previous OB, I find him a breath of fresh air. He is honest and was intent on solving my problem. I am very glad I chose him to be my OB and deliver my baby.

Dr. Axline is a no nonsense Doctor. He is very serious, and he will not tell you what you want to hear just to get you to come back. He has helped me to lose weight before getting pregnant; and now that I am preganant he has helped me sustain a healthy pregnancy. His "baby" nurse Opal is very personable and sweet and knows her stuff as well. The only negative point I would like to point out is about the front desk staff (those who answer the phone). They usually have no idea what is going on, however; if I speak with a nurse on the phone all is well.
