Dr. Blake has helped me through one of my hardest times in my life. When I came to see Dr. Blake, I felt lost and didn't know where to go from there. She is such a peaceful, sweet and helpful person! She has the ability to ask me questions I would never think about, which is amazing to me. She helped me strive for the best of myself and I still am!

I love the energy Dr. Blake gives out, makes me feel calm, comfortable and easy to talk to. I can not thank you Dr. Blake enough for helping me with everything I was going through. She is such a wonderful and amazing person!

I worked at Blake Psychology for close to two years and had the pleasure of having Dr. Blake as my supervisor and colleague. Dr. Blake is incredibly knowledgeable about a number of therapeutic approaches and mental health diagnoses. She also approaches her work with a high level of professionalism, warmth, empathy and collaboration. Very grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of the Blake family!

I decided to see Dr. Blake because I was facing a major life crisis and needed psychological support. Her fee was exorbitant (way over 200$ for a 50 min session - the highest fee I have ever seen in this industry), but I figured that she must be top notch for charging that amount. Unfortunately, after a few sessions, I realized that not only was she not helping me, but she was not familiar with my issues whatsoever. At times, she seemed amused. It was also very clear to me that making money is a priority over caring and helping her clients (she's very business minded). I do not recommend her.

Met her a while back at Blake Psychology clinic in West Island. I came in pretty distraught. Told her I was coming to work on my trichotillomania (which was a very hard thing for me to say to someone because I told few people about it and was very ashamed) and immediately started to cry. I chose her because she was listed as having experience with trich. She made a comment about how she understands it must bother me as I must feel like I’m messing up my face everytime I pull with a bit of a laugh. It made me feel stupid. I knew then and there I would never come back. It was not empathetic and she clearly had zero understanding of how people with trich feel. I would never recommend anyone to see her for trich/ cannot comment on any other areas of practice.

Dr. Blake has made a tremendous impact in my life. I held things in far too long. They accumulated then one day found myself lost. She helped me open up. Face things, look forward. She was not my guide, she helped me find my own compass. I'm not an easy person to open up but her patience and experience really made the difference. She is not rushed, always on time and a great listener. She can also help with that little push when you need it. I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed my sessions with Dr. Blake but I kind of felt that her practice was too much about money. I felt pressured when I looked into a group but didn't feel it was right for me.

Dr. Blake is the kind of psychologist who is really passionate about her work and genuinely wants to help people. I first started to see her for my depression and through our sessions, she made me realize that I was also suffering from social anxiety. From then on, we started focusing on my problems with social anxiety and I must say that I've improved tremendously from the first time we've met. She is also very accommodating with our sessions despite the restrictions caused by my financial situation and is always willing to change her approach if ever there is something I didn't like. I've seen a few professionals for my issues and I must say, Dr. Blake is the best one. I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking a good psychologist.

The moment that I met Dr. Blake, I knew that she would be different from all (and I do mean ALL) of the psychologists that I've seen in the past. I finally understood what the word «hope» meant. Having lived within the dark well of severe depression and complex PTSD for most of my life, I was absolutely convinced that being OK again was not an option for me. The best that I could ever aspire to was convincing myself every day not to end it all. With her kindness, warmth and patience, she was able to help me see that I can move beyond the pain and the negative thoughts. This woman knows her stuff - she will listen to you in such a careful and perceptive way that will allow you to pinpoint the exact moment when you can create positive changes. She will not be shy about convincing you that you are worth love, adventure, respect, kindness and all of the good things life has to offer. If you don't know, or believe in, your worth - you will. Thanks to our sessions, I KNOW that I can be successful and that whatever hardship life may bring, I will have the grace and courage to overcome it. I am so much closer to being the person that I wish to be with her help. Granted, I still have a lot of work to do, but, I am inspired to do it. If you suffer from mental anguish, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation or low self-esteem, I implore you to see Dr. Blake.

Dr. Blake helped me when I hit rock bottom. She helped me identify what felt wrong in my life, and helped me to put them in perspective. Her insights, and her ability to ask the tough questions, made it possible for me to see that I wasn't completely lost. Dr. Blake helped me see that I had the tools to continue living and striving for a better life for myself.
She is easy to talk to, to discuss with and is very patient and kind. Talking to Dr. Blake felt comfortable and easy, which was very welcomed in a time of my life when I didn't think anyone would listen or care.
Dr. Blake is a wonderful and caring psychologist, and I am very glad to have met her, worked with her, and continue to do so.
