I was referred to Dr Ngo for my hearing loss and Tinnitus. After a few months of waiting , I saw him today and was completely disappointed in his non-caring attitude and comments. He said "you can get hearing aids if you wish, I don't really care one way or another. Your balance is not bad for your age" He said nothing I can do with Tinnitus , just have to live with it. My hearing was mild as opposed to my results prior to this . The original results said it was significant and very different in both ears. Today he said quite the contrary. Having a Vascular Surgeon for a son who is extremely personable, I feel I must add this review. No excuse for being rude, non-caring . I will find a new specialist next time.

Dr.Ngo found a cure that others had no idea about... in office or at the hospital he is professional. He knows his job and to some may seemed rushed but there a few specialist around and he tries to help as many as he can.

I was referred to Dr Ngo which Dr Gno tells me I have a deviated nasal septum.He took lots of his time to explain the pros and cons of surgery.This man is nothing but a true professional.Even before I went in to surgery he came and talk to me for 5 minutes.Very happy with the results.I recommend the surgery and Dr Gno.

Went through "standard" procedure, did little investigation and abrupt and flat out refused to fill out mandatory paperwork for my employment. Never got a diagnosis, refused to seek answers. Clinic in Toronto did extensive testing, thorough exam, and provided Vastibular Therapy- they too were shocked it never came from Dr. Ngo as a suggestion. Due to negligence, I still could not return to work until - found the clinic in Toronto. Dr. Ngo dismissive of my needs, paperwork and my immediacy to return to work. Not everyone fits in your cookie cutter Dr. Ngo!

We've had excellent experience with Dr. Ngo. We'd had drawn-out problems finding someone who could deal with our daughter's complicated ear issues and it was quickly apparent that Dr. Ngo was both knowledgeable and had the pleasant personality capable of dealing with a patient who had developmental disabilities. We've been happily working with him for two years now. And his office staff is a full-fledged match in helpfulness and friendliness.

Worst Doctor I have ever been too. It’s all about pushing patients out in a hurry. He spent less than 3mins with me. Probably gets paid for 15mins from the gov. It all felt very rushed and he doesn’t do forms so don’t waste your time. Told him about the ringing in my ears didn’t care wanted me out! Get a different referral!

First his staff was great not so much for Dr. Ngo l seen him for a problem that l thought was serious to me . He made me feel like l was wasting his time , his people skills Suck.....

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ngo. After many years of my symptoms being misdiagnosed and ignored, Dr. Ngo immediately, after examining me, diagnosed my problem and recommended surgery. From my initial visit in February, I had a ct scan and had my surgery ten days ago. I feel so much better! Thanks so much for the great care.
