I was a patient of Dr. Bianco for nearly 3 years. The staff was great and the work was incredibly perfect. Still happy with the results to this day. Being just 13 at the time I was afraid at first but put at ease soon after meeting Dr. Bianco. He always explained the intended results and kept his promise of creating a perfect smile. One tooth was the only issue but a tricky and long process nonetheless. Great doctor in my books!

While he knows what he is doing his bedside manner is awful. While examine my daughter's mouth he would talk right into it (not wearing a mask!) and while explaining things to me he would leaving his fingers in her mouth while resting his hand on her face. My daughter was very uncomfortable and never wanted to go back. The office is nice and clean however the staff more often than not were rude.

All my 8 kids went to Dr. Bee. He was the best orthodontist in the country. Everybody calls him "BEE" for a reason, he knows exactly how to straighten teeth and work on the most challenging cases. I would recommend driving the distance throughout the province for this guy, he knows his stuff!!! I went to other orthodontists before coming here and they did not even compare. His fees are reasonable and he is very good at explaining what is needed in each case. The little rug rats have the best smile!!

Dr Bianco and his staff are excellent. Not only are appointments generally on time but they are pleasant and helpful in every way. He gives the patients (both my boys have braces) a tour of the office before they start treatment and always treats them with respect. He gives professional information about treatment and makes billing easy. There is a place to brush your teeth if you are coming from school and convenient washrooms in the waiting room. What a fantastic office !
