Saw Dr. Raheel for persistent symptoms at the time and asked her for an MRI. She told me the MRI would likely be denied, but finally acquiesced. Stated that perhaps I was being "too sensitive" and making my symptoms up. Switched to another doctor who diagnosed me with MS. Coworkers who saw her had similar reports.

Great if you want someone to talk over you and belittle you. I was in pain for over two months. Urgent care did nothing for me, and when I started getting better due to a diet change and liver supplements I made an appointment just to make sure that everything was going in the right direction. Since she hadn't diagnosed me, she refused to believe I was having the internal issues that I did. Plus, my serious symptoms were a month ago. She was totally willing to prescribe proton pump inhibitors to me... which I don't need. I rarely ever get heart burn, and I explained that to her but she insisted that I needed it. She then told me that I probably had two completely different diagnoses-es for what I was feeling. Most of the symptoms that are described in both I DIDN'T HAVE. Funny thing is, with both of them you get a very expensive prescription, one of which you have to be on for life. Did I mention that she accused me of binging and purging?

I felt need for a doctor's help because of dizziness, low blood pressure. I have MS. My usual doctor was busy and all other 'on call' doctors were busy. However the person on phone said that if I could be there in twenty minutes, Dr. Raheel could see me. I did get to see her. She attended to my concerns and suggested I might have adrenal dysfunction due to prior steroid treatments. I appreciated her comprehensive knowledge. Also, she showed personal concern. After listening to me, she ordered blood tests and agreed a carotid Doppler exam was in order. I am grateful for her.
