She is both extremely experienced and practical. As far as her manor, she us open and approachable as well as communicative and knowledgable about a wide range of topics. The office is well run and well staffed. They do testing on premises.

Dr Birnbaum is wonderful! I highly recommend her...unfortunately, her staff is not so helpful! After weighing me and taking my BP, her assistant stuck me in a room for 3 hours! I was about to just walk out when a different person, also working there, saw me and asked who I was waiting for? When I told her how long I had waited she scuttled off and promptly thereafter, the doctor appeared! She was very upset I had been forgotten, said she had not been made aware that I was there! The assistant did peak in a couple times and tell me it wouldn't be much longer, but then she stopped coming! So, I don't blame Dr Birnbaum...just be careful when dealing with the staff, they make a lot of mistakes, too, like scheduling your appointment at the wrong office. It does seem to be different people working there every time so perhaps they are just inexperienced.
