I will definitely return to see Dr Cronin again. He is kind and professional.

Dr Cronin was very professional and kind. He was straight forward about my options and was patient while I decided which treatment was best for me. I appreciated his honesty and his treatment.

Dr. Cronin is very skillful in both pain amelioration and in ensuring that his work is cosmetically pleasing. Does things once - that is, right the first time. Very concerned about patient finances, looks to find the most economical alternatives and presents good, balanced options in a variety of price ranges.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. After a complete exam and x-rays, I had to point out 3 other teeth that he did not have down for treatment. This Dr. does not do his own fillings. He does the drilling and sends in a staff member to do the rest. Because of this, after one of my fillings fell out a week after they did it, he refused to redo it because he couldn't remember what part of the tooth they filled . My insurance has record of it and I know exactly where the filling was because I saw it before and after. I had a crown started there and when it came in it didn't even fit. That was after 2 very long visits, 5 molds and they insisted I send in my partial so they could get a good fit. What a complete waste of my time. I cannot stress enough how bad this dentist is. The waits are unnecessarily long because of the way they run their office, but what is really bad is this dentist attitude.
