Very understandind with a great bedside manner. Is very intentive on all my needs. Listens and never steriotyped me. First Dr that has gotten my blood pressure under control. Addresses ALL my medical issues and concerns not just the ones he feels are important and significant. Answers any questions with knowledge and helpfulness. Is never annoyed with questions. Always makes a follow up appt with any new intervention to make sure its the right one for me. The staff will always TRY their best to get you in if you need a last minute need for an appt. Even though its not always successful the careing nature and understanding of the staff assures you that they are not just writing you off. The waiting room time isnt to long either. But even when it is, it is worth it to see Dr Alford. I have seen ALOT of drs with my medical hx and Alford is by far the best!
