This office exists to serve people that need something fixed, apparently general dental care is beneath them. That doesn’t go over well with folks.

The receptionist is unhelpful and acts as if you are putting her out. Dr Carter is the absolute most impersonal person I have meet. He will not look you in the eyes, he will not explain to you what he has found, he does not answer questions, he does not want any conversation with you at all. It is as if you are a non-human object he is working on and rest assured he will find something with your teeth needing extensive repair. The hygienist are very friendly, helpful, personable & skilled.
