Dr. Yau is always helpful, very knowledgeable. He’s easy to understand what he’s talking about. He gives helpful, informative incouraging advice.

I felt very comfortable with our conversation. He and his staff were very responsive and got me referred quickly for a biopsy. He has followed up since and furthered referred me to a thoracic surgeon. I would gladly recommend Dr Yau.

I am so glad to have Dr. Yao as my doctor! All of our visits have been virtual, yet it has felt like we were visiting in person. Dr. Yao immediately put me at ease; he was extremely personable, and I felt heard in the best sense of the word. I appreciate his reviewing of my chart before each visit, reminding me of what we have already done, and especially his suggestions as we move forward. He has always been extremely professional, yet always personable. He is easy to talk with also. I trust him as my pulmonary expert and doctor, and am thankful I made this choice of Dr. Yao.
