I’ve found scheduling and staffing very professional since the move to an independent office. Dr Hayner takes as much time with each patient as needed. He is alert and attentive to underlying symptoms and asked appropriate questions. I have recommended this office to several people and they are very satisfied .

Only make an appointment if you have all day to wait. Never on time and when you ask about it the staff states that is how he is.

Never returns calls. The office staff is very unprofessional. And this guy is just plain rude. I would not waist your $$$ with him so he can live in his mansion.

There should be an option to give zero stars. The front desk and phone staff are horribly rude. This physician betrays the term care provider. If you need to see your doctor in an urgent situation but you don't have an appointment (difficult to obtain, by the way), not only will you not get in to see him - you will not get any sort of phone call to inquire about the nature of your condition, whether or not you ended up in the hospital, whether or not you require follow up care, etc. As a patient on this physicians roster, one is "processed" or "handled", not "cared for". It is a huge betrayal of trust to rely on someone in our most vulnerable states of illness, only to have him repeatedly reject pleas for help while hiding behind mounds of administrative red tape. Perhaps when we stop caring for people, it's time to retire from pretending to provide care to patients.
