I have had work done from Dr. Gardner in the past and was so impressed his level of skill, professionalism, and overall caring about my wellbeing. I am really excited for him to open his new practice and continue my care with him. The new office looks amazing!

The most amazing experience I have ever had at a dentist office! Completely pain free, which I have never had! You can tell how much he cares about his patients. Also, when he showed me pictures of the tooth he fixed, I cannot believe how good it looked. Cannot even tell there is a filling there now.

Took my money, but wouldn't help me. Told me that he recommended redoing a crown that I just recently had done. No reason given. I didn't find him to be helpful. One of the worst experiences I've had at the DDS office.

Dr. Paul Gardner's response
I am so sorry to hear about your experience with a dentist! I cannot imagine ever taking anyone's money without helping them. In fact, it is a mantra of mine to personally guarantee my work to ensure it is done to the highest standard. I also value strong communication with my patients, clear understanding, and building great relationships. If a crown of mine failed, I would repair or redo the work at no charge to my patient, or refund them my fee. If you have any concerns or would like to contact me, please reach out to me at smiles@emeralddentist.com.
