I seriously cannot recommend Dr. Krapf enough. Like so many other women suffering from vaginal disorders, I have been through the ringer both doctor & treatment wise. My life became dictated by pain & discomfort- unable to wear certain clothes, essentially giving up on my favorite outdoor activities, even avoiding outings like the grocery store because it hurt to move at all. Fortunately I found one doctor who helped me prior to Dr. Krapf, however my symptoms plateaued and I was at a loss of what to do- I knew something was missing from my diagnosis. I found Dr. Krapf online and was anxious about taking the leap to go and see her, worried that I’d be misdiagnosed, judged or prescribed things I didn’t need. My visit was the EXACT opposite! I told her my entire life story and asked a million questions and not once did she try to rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. The internal exam was gentle and she prepared me for everything she did BEFORE she did it and explained the purpose of each step. She took time going over my treatment plan and upon my checkup with her the other day we confirmed my DIV is completely under control and my Hypertonic Pelvic Floor Dysfunction has come miles from where I was. I’m not at 100% yet, but just three months after my first visit I am confident I’ll be there soon. It sounds corny, but I can genuinely say Dr. Krapf helped me get my life back. Make an appointment with her, you won’t regret it!

Dr. Krapf is a gift. I spent years dealing with doctors who had no explanation for my pelvic pain and just wanted to dismiss my concerns. Dr. Krapf took the time to see and hear me and explain that I am not alone. She performed a thorough exam, diagnosed me, and came up with a treatment plan which I have followed. At my four month follow up visit, she said I’m much improved. I also feel much improved and so much of that improvement can be attributed to knowing that Dr. Krapf really cares about assessing you as a whole person and truly wants you and other women to get better. I’m continuing on my treatment plan and am looking forward to a happy and healthy sex life.

Dr. Krapf gave me my life back. I came to her after months of struggling and bouncing around from doctor to doctor. I saw three specialists in a major hospital system in a major city who didn't come close to a proper diagnosis. She diagnosed me properly in the first visit, took over an hour to get to know every detail about my case, and treated me properly. I thought that I was out of options and would struggle forever, but I am doing amazingly now! Not only is she an incredible doctor with so much knowledge and expertise, she is also incredibly kind, sweet, and caring. I truly cannot recommend her enough and this one review cannot capture the enormous debt of gratitude I owe her. She gave me hope after so many months of pain, and eventually freedom from the pain altogether. Thank you so much Dr. Krapf!

I can’t recommend Dr. Jill Krapf enough! She is a very kind and compassionate doctor. She spent so much time with me explaining treatment options and answering all of my questions. Dr. Jill Krapf is a very knowledgeable and dedicated doctor. I’m so grateful for doctors like her.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Krapf. I was in so much pain when we met and thanks to her I am now almost 100% recovered. With a bit more time, I will likely be completely back to normal. Both her bedside manner and more importantly medical advice and treatment were amazing. I had been misdiagnosed and given incorrect treatment options before Dr. Krapf. Some doctors wanted to do surgery immediately which would have been very painful and unnecessary in my case. I was hesitant at first because I would need to pay out of pocket to see Dr. Krapf, but for my condition it was 100% the correct decision. I am now a huge proponent of Botox and nobody else had offered this to me prior. I highly recommend Dr. Krapf. She is one of the best doctors I have ever met and is so dedicated. I am very grateful to Dr. Krapf.

So I haven't seen her in person but I do want to say that she runs an Instagram (jillkrapfmd) where she openly and free shares SO much knowledge. I've commented with questions a few times and she has always replied answering it. That's a doctor who TRULY cares.

Amazing doctor. The best gynecologist in the area hands down. If you are looking for a good doctor who is patient, kind, and has great bedside manner, look no further. It took me a while to find her but I am so glad I did.
