My mother is 85 and suffering from macular degeneration in one eye and is blind in the other. Dr. Phelps has gone above and beyond in preserving her vision. She's not always a good patient and he has always been kind and understanding of her situation. He takes the time to explain procedures and results. Dr. Phelps has made useful referrals to make the most of her vision and improve the appearance of her blind eye due to scar tissue. All the office staff are professional, kind, and patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Phelps!!!

Dr. Phelps performed microsurgery to repair a detached retina in my right eye a year ago. My vision is perfect now thanks to his expertise. I highly recommend him and the Retina Vitreous Center to anyone needing a retinologist. Dana Carpenter
