I am happy over all with Dr. Dawood and her reception staff has been excellent with me and very friendly. Soemtiems Dr. Dawood talks very fast and is rushed but I bet she is sincerely overworked with many patients and many things on her plate so I feel like she tries her best. These people in the medical field are honestly controlled by the system and have very limited abilities in my personal view. I try to understand that they are overworked to death especially after covid and the way the medical sustem is overburdened . They are human at the end of the day. So far she has been so great with my early pregnancy needs and does listen to me when I have a concern. I would recommend her .

So fortunate to have found such a resourceful and compassionate Doctor.
Dr. Dawood, always takes the necessary time to ensure we leave her office feeling informed, and reassured. She is calm and gentle with our little guy, and extremely thorough in her examinations and diagnostics. When in need of a referral, she never let's us down with her reputable network of practitioners. Her staff are hard working, and always manage to squeeze us in for an appointment, in a time of need. We are confident that our son is in good hands, and for that, we are truly grateful to her and her team.

Was one of this clinics first patients after Dahwood opened it.
Used to get good service, over time service got more and more rushed.
I referred my partner there, he got really sick during covid. Her level of service became horrible. Would make appointments for mid day then she would not call until 7 or 8 pm. One time she didn't even bother to call the day of his appointment at all. We spend hours upon hours waiting around for her all the time.

Yesterday I had the ability to get a covid vaccine. All I needed was an email from her with her permission. Legit not even 5 mins of work and effort. Her receptionist started by saying, I had not been there in a bit so was I even a client anymore.....? Then said was I sure I didn't switch my family doctor? Then mentioned how they have been trying to get a dose for themselves.

When the doctor called me I tried to explain that this was a residual dose and if not used would go to waste. She didn't care at all and said she would send the email the next day. Which would mean that the dose would go to waste. A dose of vaccine to the pandemic that plagues the world. Not exactly the "do no harm" oath that a doctor takes by letting a dose go to waste during a world wide pandemic.

I said to her if she is unable to send a simple email in that our relationship would need to be re-evaluated. She said she did not care and good luck finding another doctor essentially. I needed this dose as I work on the front lines. Also i need it because my partner has an autoimmune disorder that she is the doctor for. I said I'm more trying to protect her other high risk patient. Again she could care less.

The doctor also is penny pinching and wants everything in cash with really unprofessional receipts. If she is not charging you cash for a treatment, or able to push drugs to her own pharmacy or refer you to places she gets a referral bonus then you are not on her radar.

My partner had to go to a completely different city for a sleep test because she did not have privileges at the local sleep clinic to refer there. So we had to source our own clinic and then drive over 2 hours away to get a sleep test.

She can’t comprehend what she says and switches meds all the time. Depending on what brand is on her note pad for that day.

Easily the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. Explained my health concern and I was concerned to her and she proceeded to make inappropriate comments to me about the smell of my work boots after I had been at work all day. Made me feel embarrassed and have an anxiety attack after leaving. When telling her the symptoms of a physical injury I sustained, she commented “what do you expect me to do for you at a walk in” and berated me for not having a family doctor, even though I haven’t been living in the area long enough for me to find my own. Thank for nothing .

Always rushes with her diagnosis. In spite of booking an appointment with her she will rush with you. Not confident in her diagnosis and questions us about the strength of the medicine to be administered like as though we are the doctors. Do not recommend her.

All I know about her she rushes with her questions and does not diagnose children well.I would not recommend her to treat children as she isn't knowledgeable enough.All she does is blood tests and vaccinations.Even while listening to you she is seems like she is tuning in to see where she can do a test on you for whatever reason.It seems more like she rushes with you to meet her next patient.more patients but no empathy.She does not have any recommendations to specialists not can she refer to one.Very generic and only good for generic questions.please don't take her as your family doctor.Most doctors recommend you to a specialist even for an Opthalmologist but she is just clueless.
