i think he is a great doctor, only thing which needs an improvement is punctuality in office schedule

I took off work and drove an hour to see Dr. Bailey for hemorrhoids to be removed, referred by my GP. For my appointment, Dr Bailey had a student he asked to observe if it was ok with me. I agreed and regret the decision because after that if he had listened to what I was telling him before, he sure was not listening to me afterward. He acknowledged something needed to be done for me, asked about my diet (which is high in fiber), then told me to try more fiber. His office staff knew I was angry and would not return- made no effort to make anything right. I called my insurance company and asked them to deny his payment, I hope they did. Everyone needs to know about this man. At the time, ratemds.com was not available. I’m glad it is now. This experience made me pretty fearful of proctologists and Colorectal Surgeons so I am still living with hemorrhoids. With this rating service, I believe I can find a good doctor who can competently help me.

I went their with some expectation ; but was disappointed . The appointment was an hour late and I was waiting in pain . The doctor did not spend sufficient time listening to all details of my case . I have gone to the doctor several times to doctor since then ; but there has been no improvement in the condition . I am switching soon .

If I could rate this man a zero I would!! 2 years ago he killed me while on the table then took my last ovary out after he was told by my obgyn that there was nothing wrong with it and to leave it alone. We told him to save my eggs and he drop my ovary straight in A solution were nothing could be saved. I refuse to do an epidural and is soon as I told him I was not doing the epidural he said OK then I'm taking your ovary He is a piece of work to say the least. Thank you for ruining my life!!!!!

He doesn't talk to his patients to let them know the direction he's taking with your health, Very annoying.

Dr. Bailey is a kind man and an amazing surgeon. He treats you as though you are his only patient.

Dr. Bailey has been my doctor for a long time and been trying to help me. He spends time explaining and discussing issues with me. He's always available. The BEST doctor, well known and very KNOWLEDGEABLE. When someboby ask me who's my doctor and I'll say its Dr. Bailey, they will say oh you got the best one. He cares about his patients. He works hard and very dedicated to his work and patients. His staff are very organized, friendly, attentive and he has a wonderful medical assistance that's very nice and supportive. The wait time is less than 15 mins, sometimes I just sat down and they are already calling me. I don't have to wait too long for my appointment I've been recommending friends to go to him for any issues. I highly recommend him.

He did 2 operation on me after a VA doctor made several mistakes during a prostate cancer operation. Dr Bailey does Colon and rectal work. He and his staff are great.
