Dr. Burstein was super professional while being funny an engaging. My teeth still look perfect after 6 years (all you have to do is wear the retainer). His staff is very knowledgable and efficient and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes after signing in. His offices are extremely high tech, but still kid friendly as he streams Disney movies all day. I could not be more satisfied with my experience. 5 stars for Dr. B!!

Dr. Bursteain said he'd take the braces off when we were both happy with the teeth. Instead of working longer with my upper teeth, he filed one tooth and took my braces off the next visit, even though I wasn't sure about his move and told him so. He left my lower teeth crooked and my upper teeth not properly aligned. I went back a month later complaining about it and showing him a picture that showed a smile that was not perfect, and he said that I was looking at my teeth too closely and that the teeth had moved because i wasn't wearing my retainer (what??). I was livid, after spending more than $4,000 and not having my teeth properly aligned. I was even angrier at the fact that he said they were perfect and there was nothing to be done.
