I did not like her. She was not nice at the ED. Very rude and unprofessional.

Saw this Dr recently. She really needs to work on her bedside manner. She was cold. rude and didn't help me at all. I felt like I was burdening her. Asked what I wanted, why did I come to the ER. I was in alot of pain and left there feeling helpless. It was 2a.m., and she sent me home without giving me any type of relief. I will never ever return to Memorial Hermann urgent care on the Beltway
