She is rude. She was short, didn’t let me talk about my condition, would give me a second to explain my illness, was impatient, made me feel stupid. She demanded I take pills when I wasn’t interested in taking all the medicine she wanted to give me, wouldn’t let me offer suggestions, wouldn’t give me a second to even speak. You have to do it her way or she is mean to you. Rude to patients. Her staff is great, but her no way. She is not patient friendly, very arrogant.

I am impressed by Dr. Malik's knowledge. However, her arrogance more than offsets this positive. During a visit, I described a pattern of headaches that I noticed in my child. Was this helpful to her. She responded, "What are you, some sort of engineer? You need to get a life." Recently, I called, really needing to have my child seen immediately, because she was in such pain. I was told, "Sorry, we have nothing available, but I'll check with Dr. Malik and call you back. " Nearly nine hours later, I received a call, that a prescription would be called into a pharmacy and that she should begin taking it, immediately, that night. It wasn't called in until the next day.

Dr. Malik was a life saver. I suffered two concussions within a year of each other. Her treatment was professional. She cared for me and my well being. I would recommend her and this practice to anyone.

I love dr malik!! She listens to me and understands and actually cares! She goes above and beyond her job. All around a very nice caring doctor, very rare to find now adays

This doctor came into the room with attitude she then left the room to yell at her staff. It was a horrible experience not to mention I had to wait 3 months for the appointment.

After driving an hour & a half with my 3 year old & 6 month old to see Dr.Malik, she refused to see me because I was 5 minutes late due to traffic even though I called. Sadly, I found it was because I was I was interrupting her lunchtime. I am also in the medical field & would never act this unprofessional. I have been waiting months to see her for significant issues & am now left in pain. I will never return. Her staff was embarrassed for her. I can not wait to find a real Doctor who truly does care for their patients.

husband caught in an explosion at work---suffers a concusion--Malik is an awesome doctor very caring and extremely concerned. really listens when you talk to her---only wish more could be done for concussions.
