I told this Doctor I had no insurance and was disabled and he ambused me for $599.00 after doing exactly what another Doctor had already done (Eye examination) two (2) days earlier for a mere $70.00 with the exception this doctor took a few photos of my eyes and did a field study and then the lady at the desk refused to give me a billing statement of the specific charges telling me she had to wait until she sent out the file to another location.
