Dr. Smith is a wonderful Doctor. He is always helpful and always makes us feel welcome. He is very very patient with My oldest daughter who is 3 and freaks out when she goes to the drs. Both of my children feel comfortable with him and his nurse Patty. I love this office and know several people that have children that are patients of his. Also the after hours staff is wonderful and are always available and helpful.

Dr. Smith is a perfectly competent doctor and relates very well to children. He involves them in the office visit and makes them feel comfortable, including being silly to make them feel at ease. I have not always been impressed with his attitude towards me as a parent and have at times felt very disappointed. I have been made to feel that we were an inconvenience to him simply by being there and have been told I would have to make another appointment in order to discuss a concern because it was not the specific reason for our appointment. I do not see why he could not have a two minute discussion with me regarding my child's health rather than making me come back for another visit and pay another co-pay I have other things to do with my time and money! Aside from my personal interaction with him, I have been happy with Dr. Smith as a health professional and in his interaction with my daughter. His staff is not always particularly friendly, but adequate. My daughter loves Dr Smith.
