Missed diagnosed me for hepatitis b. Went to another doctor who confirmed no hepatitis B. Would not trust him for any care

Dr. Marsh is great. He is in medicine because he like medicine and truly wants to help people. He isn't in it just for the money. He listens and takes time with his patients. If he isn't sure about a condition or is presented with something new, he researches it. For example, one of my family members has a very rare condition that we travel a long ways for a specialist. He coordinates with the specialist and actually researched the condition so he could help with the maintenance locally between visits to the specialist. We have seen him for years. Great doctor!

I've been seeing Dr. Marsh for on and off for over 3 years. I've always been very happy with his services, until recently. At my last appointment we discussed treatment options for my chronic condition, he didn't have the answer but would find it and give me a call to let me know what the next step was. He never called, I called his office weekly to gently "remind" them that I was waiting on a call back. 6 weeks later I stopped in and was told that he was very behind making return calls. I again was told that he would call me soon, he never did. It has been 10 weeks since that last appointment and I finally received a letter in the mail, not a phone call. 10 weeks is too long to wait for a call back. I'm not sure what is going on but he seems to be too busy to care for his patients in an thorough manner. I am currently searching for a new doctor to manage my care for my chronic condition. Overall a good doctor but maybe has too much going on?

Dr. Marsh is amazing! He has been our doctor since we have been in Ankeny. He treats our whole family as if we are intelligent people who can take a part in our own health care. He rocks!

It is hard to find a Dr. these days that will sit down and really talk to you and listen. Dr Marsh does. He makes you feel like you matter and have a say in your health. Yea God for Dr. Marsh, a real FAMILY DOCTOR.

Ive been seeing Dr Marsh for several years. He has helped me with my medical decisions and is always glad to include my suggestions in diagnosis and treatment. Id reccomend him as your family physician.

During a 42 year career as a nurse I worked with many MDs. I have been Dr Marsh's patient for 5 years. He is listens to my concerns and offers his suggestions for treatment. I trust his judgement. I am very satisfied with with the level of care and service he provides.

Dr. Fred is one of the most caring people I have ever met. He gives me a say in my own care and I appreciate that he treats me like an intelligent person.
