First appointment with Dr. Dhawan & I am very pleased for the visit. I have several issues to address and feel that I will have positive results with Dr. Dhawan.

The only problem with this office is Greed...If you raise your arm you need to pay a fee, pre-authorization, pay a fee, consultation, pay a fee...Good doctor need t o realize not everyone is Rich like her....

She is a decent enough physician but honestly I always feel like I am cattle being rushed in and out of her office. It is not always the best experience going there because the front office staff is absolutely and completely horrendous and rude. I cringe every time I have to look at one of their salty faces. They literally look like there sniffing dog stuff every time you walk in there. There are much better Endocrinologist out there and trust me when I tell you I will find one besides this one. To top it off, today I dropped off a full copy of my lab report from my primary care position that were obtained during my yearly physical. They wanted to charge me a $50 co-pay for her to review my labs. Even though she didn’t draw them, she is following my thyroid levels but she can’t review them without being paid. That’s absurd.

Unprofessional office start to finish. Desk staff playing loud music and in their own world. Patient Forms had typos and misspellings. Doctor was dressed for a summer pool party (short dress, flip flop sandals). Had to walk through a lab area to exit. Paper signs all over the office "warning" patients about the rules for prescriptions, calls, etc. Doctor didn't look over chart before walking in the room, did no physical exam, barely made eye contact while typing on her computer. Entire visit was "go get an MRI." I went here simply on referral from my obgyn but won't be returning.

STAY AWAY! No follow up! No bedside manner! No urgency! There is not enough room to write how awful this facility is. I actually feel sorry for the staff, the office manager is rude and I am sure he is rude to the staff as well. There is not a helpful, friendly vibe when you enter this office. Forget about requesting anything, it goes overlooked.

Dr Dhawan and her staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Dhawan took the time to really listen to our concerns and was very knowledgeable. She gave us a sound plan of action and we were very happy that we chose her as our son's endocrinologist. We highly recommend!

Staff turnover is constant. Rude and unprepared. Dr. Is knowledgeable but extremely busy. Sad that there is no modern hippocratic oath anymore. It's all about them instead of you.
