The receptionist rarely picks up the line!! So hard to even get in touch with the Dr

The worst doctor's office I have the displeasure of dealing with. They NEVER, repeat never pick up the phone. The only way I have managed to receive a response from the office is to leave multiple messages - that will maybe, just maybe earn you a call back. Insanely difficult to get any communication from the office. I honestly wish they would consider coming into the 21st century and be able to email required paperwork (or heck, even FAX it) instead of requiring patients to drive out to Amherstview for the sole reason of picking up paperwork - that of course they charge you for providing.

All in all a very difficult office with almost no communication with patients.

Dr. Grier is absolutely the most useless doctor we have ever experienced. I went in for something, and she told me it was xyz when I already knew it wasn't (just by looking at it you could tell) and she prescribed me some meds, that literally did nothing - returned saying nothing changed, she prescribed me a stronger med - again, nothing happened. She never once followed up - I still, to this day have the same issue but she doesn't care at all.
This also shows when we went in with our son when he was young regarding a concern - was told "it's fine and will go away with time" - the problem has persisted (2 years + since initial questioning) and it has been 4 MONTHS since we were in physically for a review and we still have no results! Absolute joke!

I have been a patient of Dr Grier over 12 years. Sometimes it is difficult to get a call back, but not regularly or always. She is very thorough and invested in finding the cause or solution. Perhaps her effort and genuine interest makes for a longer wait time. My last 2 doctors retired and I am hoping (since she is younger than I) that her practice outlives my need for it.
I am grateful to have a doctor fir my child and myself. I am also grateful to have a doctor that is invested in her work.

Wish I could leave a more detailed review based on dr Grier - but it's impossible to see her.

You can call for weeks on end from opening to close and you will not get in touch with anyone. Good luck getting your messages responded to. And if by some miracle they do call you back expect the person on the other end of the line to be incredibly rude and dismissive.

This is the absolute worst doctors office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I might as well not even have a family doctor.

I am unable to book an appointment to see my doctor for any of my health concerns.

I have the highest regard for this physician and her staff. Dr. Grier was instrumental in finding my stroke. Without her efforts, I would still be undiagnosed and living very uncomfortably. She reaches out to fellow physicians in an effort to be even more thorough. 10/10
