This woman met her match when I came along. Let's just get that out in the open. Mary Hanna is by far the most incompetent and rude doctor I have met in 40 years of life. I had been seriously injured and set an appt with her to fill out medical forms but when I got there she acted like she could find my xray. So I let miss Mary Hanna know what time it is. In real good fashion. And I have also reported this incident to the College of Physicians and I encourage everyone else to do the same! She is not a real doctor and is not worth the sheet of paper her so-called license is printed on. And as long as the College of Physicians allows her to run wild, they are no better!

I have been seeing Dr. Hanna since she was at a clinic in Dartmouth. I’m thinking I’ve been with her about 5 years. I trust her judgment totally. She has been very good. I don’t take her being silent as being rude. She’s thinking at the same time she’s listening. Unfortunately, she is not taking any more patience. If she were, I would recommend her to family & friends.

I'm wondering how there are even above average rating for Dr Hanna on this page.
She is by far the most rude and insincere doctor I have come across. Two weeks ago, I took my mom (who was visiting me in Canada) to Dr Hanna to for a check-up as she fell and injured her wrist and ankle. Dr Hanna was outright rude from the beginning and did not even bother to check my mom. She also did not show any interest when we were talking and seemed to be in a hurry to send us off. When I told her that my mom needs to travel back and she might need a referral letter for follow-up treatment of her sprains because she already has osteoarthritis, she was refused and on further insistence scribbled something on a post-it like yellow paper (seriously, which doctor does that?!) and shoved it to us.
I was totally appalled that she did not even bother to examine my mother's ankles and wrist. Isn't that the bare minimum a doctor has to do when a patient comes to you with sprains or muscle aches? For anyone looking for a family doctor or even a doctor for consultation purposes, please avoid going to Regency Family Practice in particular Dr Hanna. I'm not sure if there are other doctors who practice there, but avoid seeing Dr Hanna at all costs. I'm surprised how she even got a license to practice in Canada.

Dr Hanna takes my health issues very serious, she pushed for me to get in to specialist , to get the procedures take care of. Dr Hanna takes no foolishness. I am greatful for her concern.
She is human and requires medicaltime like the rest of us

Dr Hanna has been my doctor for 2 years, and I can't think of many positive things to say. She has often cancelled appointments, sometimes causing delays in my daughter's immunization schedule. She routinely gives terrible advice and incorrect information. I'm also a health professional, so I'm aware of best practices she's not following. She is difficult to get a referral out of, and when she does agree, it takes months for her to get it sent, so you need to call regularly to remind them. I had a prenatal visit with her, and she did a pap, which was the roughest and most uncomfortable pap I've ever had. I'm just hoping she leaves her practice so I need to get a new doctor.

Dr Hanna is caring and no nonsense. She is proactive has empathy as well as being a great listener. We have established a great relationship

Dr. Hanna is very cold and rude and she gave me the worst pap smear I've ever had, which was painful and caused me to bleed, when I moaned in pain she yelled at me. I got out of there and never went back. Totally nasty, rough, arrogant and very unhelpful.

I'm a proactive patient, I come to her already knowledgable She's willing to refer out anytime and willing to work with the issue. Been with her for 3 years, it's been fine.

First off, staff are awful! They are rude, condensending, unhelpful, have poor attitudes, I could make a list.

Dr. Hanna is either 1hr late, or throws you out as fast as you walk in, she doesn't take the time to listen, all she dose is nod her head, and when you ask her a question regarding your issue that you may not agree with, she will look at you with this stare like "who do you think you are", she smells like BO, I almost barfed. I don't understand how she has a job, how she can even practice, or even what's the point of these, if nothing is done about her actions.

The whole helpfulness, what I said above speakes for its self.

That place is just awful.
