Dr. Castura was assigned to me during my stay at Hamiltons rehab centre.....Dr. Castura was fantastic, thorough, precise, knowledgeable and vey approachable. I live 1 hr. outside of Hamilton and was willing to become part of her private practise which she does not have to my disappointment.....

Dr. Castura is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Always friendly and has a smile to greet you. Made me feel very comfortable. It took me a long time to find someone who i felt was genuinely concerned, took her time to diagnose and treat me. My health always first and she took the time to listen to my concerns. I found her to be relatively on time with an average of 15 of being late but that's usually due to the length of time of appointments that were before mine which can have a ripple affect on appointments. Unfortunately, she's moved from OakMed to pursue a different path in her medical career. I wish her well.

Have been a patient of Dr. Castura for nearly 8 years. She has been consistently professional, thorough, knowledgeable and committed to best practices. I have been able to see her immediately when I want urgent care and I am always attended to promptly when I arrive for my appointment. I have waited a while to see her on occasions but she gives me her full attention and I know she is extremely busy. On occasions I have asked for further investigations and she has readily referred me to specialists. I feel that our relationship is a partnership and that she listens to my concerns.

She was a nice doctor but as soon as I questioned my treatment I was treated differently. Also, when I would say something about my life it was like she topped it with something worse from her life....not my problem!! She made me feel worse each time I visited and I have lost my trust and will be looking for a new doctor and clinic. I also had a requisition for a test to do at an lab outside the clinic and when I arrived for the test I was informed the form was not fully filled out!! Very frustrating!!

Dr Castura is nice personally. However she comes in very late, an hour is usual. It is also hard to get appointments from her.

Dr. Castura has been our family doctor for several years and we could not be happier. Her assistant, Cheryl, is friendly, professional and very accommodating. Dr. Castura is attentive, personable, collaborative and thorough during appointments. The follow up is timely and treatment plans are discussed thoroughly and determined in consultation with the patients. I've got nothing but love for this doctor!
