Dr. Juliette Power made up an mental illness and put it in my medical chart without letting me know because she did not like something. I have been trying to clear her fabrication information with this organization for many years.

Kept on refusing to send me to a specialist or to run any tests to see what injuries I got in a very bad hit and run accident. Then after running absolutely no tests and having nothing for reference whatsoever she wrote in my medical record that I was faking. As the victim of a hit and run accident where I was not at fault my car insurance would have covered my medical bills but because she wrote that I was faking they didn't cover half of them! These bills are still coming in and being paid from my pocket since my medical insurance ruled that it was from the car accident that I sustained these injuries after I saw the doctor after her but it was too late to get my car insurance to cover it. Doctor Juliette Power cost me thousands! When I tried to talk to her or somebody at her office about the situation but was blocked with each attempt. The last thing she said to me was "Everybody has pain and you'll just have to learn to live with it!". Very unprofessional! Get your medical records!
