Dr. McDonald was the best family doctor I've ever had and he is sorely missed. His staff was excellent, Pauline and Maria especially. It has taken many months of searching to find another doc who comes close to measuring up to Dr. McDonald. Woodburn lost not only a fine doctor, but one who knew and cared deeply about each and every patient.

What a tough act to follow!... Dr. McDonald retired this year and my search for a new G.P. has reinforced all the reasons that I appreciated being his patient. His excellent staff (esp. Pauline & Maria) were always professional and caring. And Dr. McDonald himself, was always willing to listen and provided lots of information. When I was referred elsewhere for a test, etc., I got preferential treatment that minimized the stress of wondering if something was wrong. No other Dr. has come to these lofty standards, yet. Dr. McDonald was the epitome of a small-town, family doctor that really CARED about his patients. He is MISSED!!

Right on time. Staff is very polite and very good at preliminary procedures (blood draws, etc.). Dr. McDonald is very caring. A good listener and he provides excellent feedback and treatment information. So friendly that it's hardly like being at a Dr.'s office!
