Blue Cross / Blue Shield
I have had an issue or Judy the billing manager in returning phone calls respecdtfully and correctly. I have also been told I owe mone for not canceling appointments and this has been untrue. The staff does not return phone calls. I have yet to here about getting my medical records to see another pain mangement doctor. I have also not been able to get my medications refilled. I have left a message on the doctors cell phone and have not even rec'd a phone call from him which is very unsual.
