Very busy clinic but run very efficiently. We been patients since Dr Smyth took over from Dr Roxborough and love all the changes that have happened. He has a very honest approach to dentistry and our family likes it there.

Professional, courteous, and efficient with his time. He has multiple associates which means you don’t have to wait if you have a broken tooth or infection. very fast but polite

Dr. Smyth is fabulous - not only does he hum and sing in the chair he is efficient and caring while working on you. We moved away for 3 years and missed his practice greatly but were welcomed back with open arms. Utmost generous and kind professional we know with a great sense of humour and clinical skill. This was my second visit and I was somewhat disappointed. I felt rushed the whole time by Dr. Smyth although I was paying for the consultation . I wonder if/when I have a more serious problem he will give me the attention and the care I expect. I had an amazing dentist for many years in another province and a very nice one in Moncton, so I am not willing to lower my standards at this time. I will consider changing dentists if Mr. Smyth and his assistant are all about business next time round. There's competition out there. I just hope it was accidental during my last visit.

Dr Smyth and his assistant were punctual, professional and thorough during the exam. I didn't get any treatment as I didn't need any so I cannot comment on that. I received very good advice and was not offered anything I didn't need or want. The hygienist was also very thorough and did a great job. I didn't find the staff terribly warm but then I understand they are busy, they see tons of people all the time and they are human. I feel that they do the best they can and I will be going back to York Dental for sure.

Within a 2 weeks’ interval I had the opportunity to be seen for the first time by Dr. Andrew Smyth and Dr. James C. Roxborough. I am pleased to say that both gave me personal attention to listen to my problems (Dr. Smyth surprised me when he even attended to me in French). My teeth were examined very thoroughly to be either taken care of promptly or I was referred to appropriate specialists when necessary. The scheduling and billing were done in an efficient manner by the courteous staff. Thank you York Dental.

I love York Dental. Everyone is very professional and I feel like family there. Dr Smyth and his assistant make me laugh and I always want to jump into their discussions. Staff at the desk are very efficient and answer all my questions.

Dr. Smyth and his staff are exceptional. I'm always greeted with a smile and I'm in the chair at my appointment time so no long waits. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Smyth puts me at ease from the very start so now I don't mind going to see him. He is excellent at walking me through each step of the appointment so I know what to expect and when. Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend York Dental.

Dr. Smyth does his best and like most dentists, who may not say so, he verbally stated in my presence that he can't wait to retire. Too bad his assistant said as he has 20 years left to endure. Maybe he had an off day. He is a good dentist and does well not to price too high and is fair on price. I have had a tooth that has bothered me for a year and a half, which he has reviewed many times
and he decided to "save" the tooth, which is coming apart. He did repair work for about $390 and now that has come off. I will re-request my initial purpose to deal with the tooth again. Failing this time will mean going to someone else.

Dr. Smyth and his staff are exceptional. I'm always greeted with a smile and they are always on time which I very much appreciate. I like it that Dr. Smyth will show me my xrays and explain any areas of concern in language I can understand. I feel part of my treatment and trust them completely with my oral health.
