I am very pleased with Dr. Bingham Lester's professional services. I have had no problems working with her staff. They are very competent and professional as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Bingham-Lester. The added bonus is that she is very convenient for me.

I had a completely opposite experience than what those negative responders expressed. Mercedes is the office manager and she always talked with me professionally and courteously. She was able to accommodate my busy schedule and she got an appointment for myself and my family at convenient times. She is the best. Dr. Bingham-Lester is going to do great if she has Mercedes as her office manager. As for the fee schedule this office is actually comparable to any of the other offices in the area but the amenities are on par with the offices in Chevy Chase, MD or Burbank, CA where I used to live. I am grateful that I found this place (she was actually a referral from a Hollywood friend of mine). Dr. Bingham-Lester is refreshingly honest and will not do unnecessary dental work. Her work is flawless and she prides herself on getting it done correctly. I think she has such a nice office because she has pride in herself and wants her patients to have a great experience. I certainly did. I will be going back to her for as long as I am able. I HIGHLY recommend her for your dental care.

This Dental office is wonderful and Dr. Bingham Lester is the best Dentist I have ever known. She treats me with respect and is honest. I trust her with my own dentition as well as my children. Her front desk staff go out of their way to help me navigate my insurance coverage. They are always professional and courteous. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends. As I think about it, a few of my friends already see her and they rave about the office also. I never thought I would be happy about going to see my dentist but I honestly enjoy my visits to Bingham Lester Dentistry. No one who goes to this office will be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to have Dr. Bingham-Lester examine me as I could not make an appointment due to the rudeness of her receptionist staff, in particular Mercedes. Being that reception is the first point of contact for new and existing patients, may I suggest Dr. Bingham-Lester ensure that her receptionist and medical assistant staff is friendly & professional when handling patients' (especially new) inquiries, appointment scheduling etc. or she will find that her new patient inventory will not increase. There are a plethora of dentists in the Crofton/Gambrills, MD area to choose from, so to deal with such unprofessionalism and rudeness is not needed or necessary. Thank you. Abena S. Nelson

I went to see this dentist for a routine check up and cleaning. What is outrageous is that she tried to convince me to have a good tooth extracted only to place an implant and then get a mouthful of veneers. The total bill came to over 10k. I love my smile and knew the veneers were bogus but went to another dentist to check on my tooth. He told me that my tooth is fine and doesn't need an extraction. So she tried to scam me into getting an implant and veneers. I know she has the credentials to do those services but she shouldn't force them down my throat when they aren't needed. Yes the office is nice with all the goodies but I guess she is paying for it by scamming people. Folks don't judge a book by its cover. Horrible experience. I may pursue fraud charges since I still have a copy of the treatment plan.

This office is very beautiful. At first I didnt think it was a dental office, it looked so relaxed and inviting. Then I was blown away with the high tech advances they used to treat patients. The comfort was unsurpassed, with Flat screen Tv to watch while getting dental work done! I watched a movie while reclined in the most comfortable dental chair, I literally didnt want to leave when she was done. And Dr. Bingham-Lester was wonderful and smart (you should see all her degrees!!). And she knows how to place implants and restore implants and do veneers and she can whiten your teeth - but at the same time she can see your kids for their check up or take care of any routine adult dental problem like a cavity or something! She is truly a special find in crofton (although technically her address is in gambrills). She truly is a rare find and I think all her patients are really trying to keep her as their little secret. I feel like part of an exclusive club. Dr. Bingham-Lester is wonderful.
