Dr Gerges is a great doctor. I have had him for years and am very happy. He listens, doesn't hesitate to refer you when necessary. He is a very caring physician.

terrible experience every single time. hard to get ahold of anyone and once you finally get an appointment its short and he doesn't ask any questions or do an actual check up even when its for a prescription refill.

He is competent, knowledgeable and caring. If Dr Gerges doesn't know something, he is not egotistical and seeks to find out more on the subject. He has moved to a new location and the desk service is fantastic.

I do not have any complaints regarding Dr. Gerges himself. I am certain he is a most excellent doctor. I do have complaints about delay, punctuality and administration at the Ravines group of clinics. I was referred to Dr. Gerges by my family physician for an elective procedure. The I was not called in for a consultation until a year and a half after referral was made. During the consultation I signed the consent form. I was advised by the good doctor that I should expect to receive a call to be booked or the procedure 4 -6 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks. I'm unable to get a hold of anyone at any of the clinics in the Ravines group to determine status. I call during regular business hours and cannot get a human being on the phone. Only automated messages. No email contact information on the Ravines website. I understand some delay is expected with the pandemic but I have been waiting nearly two years for a simple procedure since my referral, received no communication, and cannot get a hold of anyone at the clinic group.
