I recently met with Dr. Lai (who was filling in for my regular GP who is on MAT leave). t the Richmond Goulbourn Medical Centre to address a few medical problems that I was having. I was so impressed at how pleasant and professional Dr. Lai was. I felt that she genuinely cared about my medical issues and was eager to troubleshoot the issue and get them resolved.
