Had appointment and waited 1.5 hours for a consultation for a major medical issue. Later patients signing in were seen ahead of me. Never saw doctor! Left crying.

The address listed online is completely wrong. Dr. Needham was not there, but her staff proved daft and were ill-prepared to answer my questions--my boyfriend and I, having no medical experience, were more knowledgeable. When they asked for my urine sample, I was told it would be used for a pregnancy test. They did not tell me that I would later be receiving a $277 bill for a urinalysis and toxicology screening that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. And when I called to inquire about it, too bad; their billing specialist left at one. They then called two weeks later and left a message saying to call back as soon as possible, that it's very important. So I called at 1 PM on Friday but they close at 12 on Fridays. Now I have to wait until Monday, worried sick that something might be wrong with my baby, to find out what was so urgent when the receptionist could easily have taken a few extra seconds to leave a more detailed message.
