Dr. Shulkin gives complete explanations of what to expect on upper lid surgery. The surgery center he uses N. Central, was a great experience. He returned a call promptly the afternoon of surgery. He moves the appointments along quickly and seems to very thorough. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Dr. Shulkin operated on my upper and lower eyelids on both eyes. His staff is very helpful and friendly. If i had a question regarding surgery he always answered my calls or called me back in a timely manner. He makes you feel like you are special and not just a number. I would highly recommend Dr. Shulkin. He’s great!!

Dr. Shulkin operated on both my upper and lower eyelids. My vision has improved markedly and my family and friends have remarked how much better I look. I recommend Dr. Shulkin highly! So very glad that I had my eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Shulkin.

Dr.Shulkin is one of the best doctors I haven't seen till date, his excellent time management skills leave me at awe in my every visit. He also answers questions during the visit although he hurries a bit.

Dr. Shulkin operated on both my eyes and did a superlative job. I have better peripheral vision and look better as well! He and his staff are wonderful: knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I give them all well-deserved high ratings, and I would recommend Dr. Shulkin highly!

Operated on eye lids and caused damage to eye and reduced vision. Stated he was sorry but did not except responsibility of year long to repair eye. Vision without glasses before operation normal after operation vision was over 200 in damaged eye without glasses. Talks a nice game but I would not feel safe in operation by this Doctor..

Dr. Shulkin has one of the best bedside manners of any doctor I have ever seen. He is thorough in his explanations, takes time to answer any questions and makes his patients feel valued. It is not often that I have seen a doctor that made my concerns personal to them. I felt as if he were my friend who was a doctor instead of a name and chart number. In my book, he is top notch. I highly recommend him for your Opthamological surgical needs.
When I initially went to see him, my eye lids had overgrown with skin. He immediately had my surgery approved through my insurance company. The talented surgery he performed has not only made me look better, it has improved my quality of life! Thank you Dr. Shulkin. Please keep doing what you do...you do it quite well!

We were referred to this doctor after our son was diagnosed with psuedotumor. He was dismisive and unhelpful. It was clear he believed our son was making his symptoms up. We did see him interact positively with some other patients. But not us. Would not recommend for neuro-opthalmology. My son was next seen by a team at UT Southwestern who discovered a CSF leak and after treatment his vision has returned to normal. We are hopeful there is no lasting damage.
