Dr. Klingele is the best physician I have ever had, and my health is complicated so I have seen many. He is a skilled listener, explains everything until he knows I understand, answers all my questions, and he's been remarkable with all my follow-up care. If more physicians and surgeons would even try to be like him, the health-care world would be a much better place! I recommend him to anyone, both those who have never had surgery and those who have had work botched by someone else. He's amazing!

Dr. Chris Klingele is extraordinary! He has the best way of developing a solid, trusting patient-doctor relationship of any surgeon I've ever known and, unfortunately, I've had a lot of surgeons. He's attentive, is an amazing listener, has a great memory for the details of me, my life, and my circumstances and concerns, and he respectfully answers all of my questions and all of my husband's questions. At each visit, he stays and talks until he's absolutely sure we all understand everything. And, I don't know how he does it, but somehow he adapts to whatever my needs are in different appointments and different times in a single appointment, whether it's serious, caring, compassionate, kind, playful, self-assured, humble, funny, witty, etc. I could go on.). Another reviewer said he has a way about him that brings things to the table. That is absolutely my experience! He can get me to share concerns or answer his questions I'm reluctant to talk about--all because he wants to know all he can about my circumstances in order to serve me the best he can. I never feel embarrassed about anything. All my concerns are valuable and making my body function at it's best is always his goal. And Sarah! Sarah is also extraordinary. They are such an amazing team. She has spent so much time with me before surgery, after surgery, and on the phone. She is warm, kind, knowledgeable, and anticipates what my needs are. He is an excellent surgeon and I have complicating health factors--great results. I trust him implicitly. At first I was scheduled with a different surgeon and then I was changed to Dr. Klingele and Sarah and I will be forever grateful!

Dr klingele is an amazing caring docter and he restored my faith in not only dr but in humanity,,,, I had a nightmare experience back home but felt as if dr klingele truly did care!!!! He is an amazing man and dr and highly recommend him to anyone

There are no words to describe how much I appreciate and like Dr. Christopher Klingele. He is a highly skilled surgeon and wonderful man. His nurse, Sarah, is also amazing. Never have Dr. Klingele and Sarah seemed rushed or annoyed with questions (and I've had many), which says a lot about them. After living with severe pain and never-ending problems after a surgery in '09, I started to lose faith in doctors and thought my life would never be normal again. I walked into Dr. Klingele's office nervous and frustrated and walked out with answers and hope. It's too early to know if my body will be as it once was because surgery was only 6 weeks ago, but I have already noticed a couple positive things. Dr. Klingele did all he could to help me, and I'm certain that very few doctors could have done what he did.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Kliengele and his staff. I had a hysterectomy a year ago this past December. I still think of them regularly. This surgery was one of the last on a long road of cancer care. I read the previous note from the lady in November 2009... she couldn't possibly be talking about the same Dr. K. The Dr. I know would have called himself and his nurse Sara, would never yell at anyone... she is fantastic. I love Dr. K. and his staff they made a miserable experience a little better.

Many years ago I had an appointment to see Dr. Klingele. I was to have tests done one day and a hysterectomy the next. Wow, how convenient and insensitive. Before flying out for my appointment I wanted to talk to him on the phone; he refused. I was literally in tears; the nurse could have cared less; she yelled at me and said if I had a prolapsed uterus he would only do a hysterectomy. I just wanted to talk to him to find out why he would not reposition my uterus; again she yelled at me! I don't care what all the research says. I know my uterus has an impact on the intensity of my orgasms. I guess his popularity makes him too busy to reassure a patient before they are going to fly across the country to have a devastating surgery, in my opinion. He would not even listen to me. I think he could have taken 2 minutes to talk to me. I went else where, still have my uterus, and great orgasms! So, I guess I should be grateful. Thanks, Klingele. I think of u, oh about 3 to 4 times a week!

I love Dr. Klingele. I went to several other doctors to get help with mesh erosion and he was the only one willing and able to help me.

Dr. Christopher Klingele is absolutely amazing. He painstakingly removed eroding mesh from my vagina along with mesh protruding into my bladder. His expertise and kindness is absolutely unmatched! His nurse, Sarah, is also a God-send. The two of them are an incredible team! Dr. Klingele is the man to see for all of your uro-gyn needs. Dr. Klingele is one of the most caring doctors out there. He will truly listen to you when you express concerns, something that many doctors don't do. If you get a choice when you go to Mayo, you should request him. It will be worth it!
