Don't waste your time, this fellow doesn't need a license. Worst Dr. I've ever seen. I came into emergency room on a Fri. with injuries after being rear ended by a tractor trailer, said I had some minor strain, "like a workout, you'll be fine in a couple of days” wrote a script and sent me back to work unrestricted, no xray, nothing. Needless to say I had to go for second opinion on following Mon. Have been out of work now 5 weeks and counting and in PT daily. Diagnoses by follow up visit to company Dr. ; whiplash (cervical strain), therocic and lumbar strain, bilateral shoulder strain, and trapezius strain. Honestly, I have NEVER hurt this bad in my while life. I wouldn't recommend this (bahahaha) Dr to anyone.
